CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hrs before appointment time. All services require $35 deposit/booking fee. This deposit goes towards your service, and is NON REFUNDABLE if appointment is cancelled, rescheduled in less than 48 hrs, or client is a No Show. * NO SHOWS will result in a 100% charge of appointment(s) scheduled. * SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will result in 50% charge of appointment(s) * Inconvenient cancellations (less than 48hrs) will be charged 50% * There is a 15 minute grace period . After 20 minutes appointment will be cancelled, fee will be charged. If a deposit was paid, the remaining amount of the fee after deposit will be charged.
